Pan American Pier is in the Isla Grande area of San Juan. The Port of Ponce is a different destination on the south coast. When you request transportation from Ponce send the port name exactly as it appears on the cruise documents. A quote for a local Ponce port trip cannot be used as the quote for a road transfer to Pan American Pier.

A hotel lobby and a downtown address need different meeting instructions

Use the full hotel name when arranging a collection. Hilton Ponce Golf and Casino Resort and a stay near Plaza Las Delicias are different pickup locations. Ask reception which vehicle entrance should be used and have your bags ready there. For a downtown rental send the street and entrance instead of the name of a plaza alone. Include any passenger collection at a second property in the request.

Plan luggage before combining sightseeing with departure

If your party is visiting La Guancha or another Ponce attraction before the transfer decide where the suitcases will remain. Tell the transport team whether the journey starts at that attraction or returns to the accommodation to collect them. A sightseeing stop changes the itinerary. Request its availability and price when booking so it does not rely on spare time before cruise check-in.
